Select Your Service Plan

Weekly service includes water testing, chemical balancing, skimming, vacuuming, brushing, equipment checks, and all chemicals.

Weekly water testing and chemical balancing only. Customer handles cleaning tasks.

Same as Full Service but performed every other week. Best for pools with low usage. Days of the week are subject to change for optimization of route performance.

1. PARTIES

This Residential Pool Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Nevada Pool Company ("Company") and the customer ("Customer") whose information appears below.

2. SERVICES

Company agrees to provide the pool maintenance services ("Services") selected above according to the specified frequency. Services include:

  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Add chemicals as needed (included in service price)
  • Skim water surface to remove debris
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Brush pool walls, steps, and tile line
  • Vacuum pool floor
  • Backwash filter when necessary
  • Inspect equipment for proper operation

Service frequency: As specified in the selected service plan, typically on the same day each week, subject to holidays and weather conditions.

3. TERM

This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and continue on a month-to-month basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

The monthly service fee is as specified in the selected service plan above. Additional services not included in the standard service package will be billed separately after Customer approval.

Payment is due in advance of the service rendered and is due on the 1st of each month. Company accepts credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. Late payments (after the 10th of the month) will incur a $15.00 late fee.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe access to the pool area during scheduled service times
  • Maintain proper water level in the pool (Company will notify Customer if water level is low)
  • Secure pets during service visits. Nevada Pool Company reserves the right to decline service if our technician feels unsafe due to the presence or behavior of a pet. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
  • Notify Company of any concerns or issues with pool or equipment
  • Inform Company of any planned pool usage that may affect service schedule (parties, renovations, etc.)

6. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

Company agrees to:

  • Provide Services in a professional and timely manner
  • Notify Customer of any issues or concerns with pool or equipment
  • Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements when necessary
  • Maintain proper licensing and insurance as required by Nevada state law
  • Respect Customer's property and privacy

7. CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES

Standard chemicals for routine maintenance are included in the monthly service fee. This includes chlorine, pH adjusters, alkalinity adjusters, and algaecides as needed for normal maintenance.

Specialty chemicals or treatments for specific issues (such as metal stain removal, phosphate removal, or salt system maintenance) will be billed separately with Customer's prior approval.

8. EQUIPMENT REPAIRS

This Agreement does not include equipment repairs or replacement. If Company identifies equipment issues, Customer will be notified with recommendations and cost estimates. No repairs will be performed without Customer's explicit approval.

Company offers equipment repair services at the rate of $85.00 per service call (waived if repair is approved) plus parts and labor. All repairs are warranted for 30 days.

9. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Services may be postponed due to severe weather conditions including but not limited to: heavy rain, lightning, high winds, or freezing temperatures. Company will reschedule service as soon as conditions permit, typically within 24-48 hours.

10. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Customer agrees to provide Company with necessary access to the pool area. If access is not available during scheduled service time, Company will attempt to notify Customer and reschedule. Repeated access issues may result in additional fees or termination of service.

11. LIABILITY

Company maintains liability insurance as required by Nevada state law. Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond Company's control.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Customer's negligence or failure to maintain safe conditions on the property.

12. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Customer remains responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination. Company reserves the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior toward staff.
